Your first consultation
As soon as your appointment is set, a consultation questionnaire is sent to you by email and by SMS. Completing it before you come allows the practitioner to prepare your file: medical history, current treatments, reason for consultation.
The consultation is a time for listening and examination. It leads to comprehensive medical information, an information leaflet and a personalised detailed quotation. The law then imposes a cooling‑off period: the decision is entirely yours.
On the day of the appointment, please bring your Carte Vitale, your identity document and any medical reports. A reminder is sent to you the day before.
Where are procedures carried out?
Consultations take place at the practice. Surgical procedures are performed at the Hôpital Privé Pays de Savoie, 19 avenue Pierre Mendès France, 74100 Annemasse. Tel. +33 (0)4 50 83 45 07.
