Appointments can be made by telephone (+33 (0)4 50 37 81 48) via the secretary, or by email.

You will meet Docteur Lionel Sallaz at his practice, located at 16 rue Marc Courriard in Annemasse (France). Your first consultation is an essential prerequisite so that he can take the time to listen to your wishes and motivations, ask you questions and examine you during a standard medical consultation, to determine whether your aims are achievable given your individual anatomy. This consultation is necessarily highly personalised because your request is unique, but scientific rigour is an essential prerequisite to ensure that the surgeon can care for you safely. He will provide you with the most comprehensive medical information possible and advise you, so that you can then reflect on your surgical or medical plan and make your decision calmly after a cooling-off period.

As required by law, he will give you an information sheet together with a personalised, itemised quotation, in order to obtain your informed consent for your surgical procedure or medical treatment. Some surgical procedures are partially covered by the French Social Security system, while others are not. The surgeon will also advise you on this.

Once you have made your decision, you may contact the secretary again to begin your treatment if it is a medical treatment carried out at the practice, or to arrange a second appointment if it is a surgical operation to be performed at the clinic. If you wish, you may meet his assistant for further administrative information (operative availability, clinic registration, etc.). At the second consultation, you will meet Docteur Lionel Sallaz again to finalise your surgical plan and so that he can answer any further questions you may have about the proposed procedure. On this occasion, you will complete your administrative registration with the surgeon’s secretary (admission details, etc.). You will then need to make an appointment with the clinic’s anaesthetists via their secretariat before the procedure if it is planned under general anaesthesia.

Surgical procedures are performed in a clinic within a state-of-the-art technological environment that has been authorised to carry out cosmetic surgery procedures by the French National Authority for Health (Haute Autorité de Santé, HAS).

Non-surgical aesthetic treatments (botulinum toxin injections, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin treatments, cryolipolysis, etc.) will be carried out at the practice.

All postoperative follow-up consultations will take place at the practice after you have left the clinic, with postoperative medical recommendations explained and provided in writing for your home care until your postoperative check-up a few days after your procedure. Guidance to support your healing over the first months (scar massage, etc.) will be provided regularly in order to achieve the most natural, harmonious result possible, as aesthetic surgery for us can only be a comprehensive and personalised approach (before, during and also after the operation).
